Wining Championships is a lot more than just "having" talent. Just so many things have to fall into place.

 

We don't even have the 3rd best talent in our conference maybe even division.

It's funny how people expect perfection from 18-21 year olds on the baseball diamond or football field when they don't expect it from themselves...or from the political system...or the educational system.

 

Players aren't the problem coaching is. I would never blame the young men.
