I suppose you could DVR it and *pretend* that the next day is Gameday! In reality we ALL watch it with a delay, anyway. Ours is typically about ten seconds. Yours would just be ten hours! :hihi:

One thing I remember about the 2005 game is that even though the game was within two scores, late in the 3rd quarter Appalachian pulled their starters. At the time I was mystified but later I found out they had got word that Furman had lost, and that put them back in the playoff hunt.

hbk999 already broke down who ASU’s returning players are. The offense took some hits, losing Dexter Jackson (2nd round NFL pick), Kevin Richardson (all time leading rusher), and the veteran o-linemen.

Here's a recap of Appalachian State at Michigan. You can easily see that they have some talent and weren’t intimidated by the size of the Michigan players or the crowd. Preview of their talent aside, it’s just fun to watch

Im located up here in Boone and have saw Edwards (QB) HE IS SUPER fAST, and can cut on a dime , but he is not tall and built like a QB we see in SEC, I saw him against Georgia Southern ( ASU lost ) but he has happy feet (cant see over big line and pulls it down and runs) He can fake a D-Lineman right out of his shoes , but thats the stregth of the team . If we can keep outside protected ,then they have to play LSU style and that means Our D-line can!!!!!! eat em up!!!!!!!!! They are loyal Fans up here and love the team, and they are fired up. they all roll the window down on the road and wave their fist at my ( with my LSU tag ) Wore my LSU shirt to the pub for dinner last weekend and you would of thought I had step in something coming in. all in fun- See You guys Sat. ( Im coming Home ) Gonna get Loud

I've never seen most of that game, but from what I saw, ASU's coach lost the game for them. Or he tried as hard as he could for them to lose. They had a first down on the 5 yard line with 30 seconds left in the game, and he kicks the FG.

Berge I think I have read that his thinking was, with no time outs he didn't want to run a play and risk not being able to get the FG team out there. His way even though he DID give UM a chance everyone was calm and in control...Tough call and why I am glad I was in the stands and not on the sidelines...

It was very Urban Meyerish from our game with him.

We had the ball inside the 5 yard line (1st down) at the end of the game and he didn't call a time out, letting us run an extra minute or so off the clock.

Good to see that some teams/fans get what LSU games are all about. We might throw a beer can at you but it is because we are passionate. Probably not the best example but you get my drift.
