Both were. The 2000 election was stolen by a partisan Supreme Court. The 2016 election was stolen from Hillary by James Comey and a Russian disinformation campaign.

Could be. Too bad for your orange hero that in THIS case the will of the people was quite obvious: Joe Biden by 7 million votes and an electoral college landslide. So any violence against the election in THIS case was unjustified and undemocratic.
