These look like the same refs from last week.
The play worked so it's not the play caller. Lee lofted that ball up and gave the safety time to close. That should have been a more direct pass.

It's a combo of being flat after a tough loss last week and Jared Lee not being a good QB. Hard to find good offense without a good QB.
