i've played in several leagues on several different sites. my two favorite sites are yahoo and cbs. espn doesn't offer fractional scoring.

this is our 3rd year using yahoo plus ($125).. we've looked at cheaper/free sites but our league seems to be attached to yahoo.
sun-tue waivers for free agents is awesome but since it's not an option maybe we should just treat all unowned players as waivers? we used that...
clair, i noticed that is only an option for the yahoo plus leagues. i guess you could get around it by treating all free agents like waivers....
