1. USC 2. Oklahoma 3. Missouri 4. Florida 5. UGA 6. LSU 7. Texas 8. Texas Tech 9. Wisconsin 10. Penn State
I have a vote in a poll on CBS sportsline. and in it, I voted 1. USC 2. OU 3. UGA 4. Florida 5. Missou 6. LSU 7. Wisconsin 8. Texas 9. Auburn 10. BYU this week.
1)LSU-like I said...til somebody takes it. 2)OU-beaten better teams than USC...just as impressively 3)USC-Maybe they can get past the Stanford/Utla/Oregon jinx 4)Texas-maybe the only thing that can stop OU on their quest 5)Florida-defense AND offense improved from last year 6)Missouri-offensively, WOW! Defensively? Not so much. 7)Wisconsin-Easily the best team in one of the worst conferences 7)Penn St.-see above...but second best 8)UGA-As of now 9)Alabama-Did better against Tulane than ECU 10)ND-Hey, they're undefeated...plus I feel sorry for Charlie...Sorry Charlie
I can't see OU or Missouri beating LSU, Georgia, or Florida. Maybe USC could do it. My approach to my Top 10 list would start with: 1. USC (just for this week only to give them a nod for beating down Ohio State... but at the same time, so what, Florida and LSU did the same thing) 2. 3. 4. Florida, Georgia, LSU in no particular order 5. 6. Oklahoma and Missouri in no particular order 7. 8. Auburn and Texas in no particular order 9. 10. 11. Alabama, Texas Tech, Wisconsin in no particular order
John, this explains way too much. Thing is it is too early in the season for parity so you get a pass. 1. USC Pains me 2. Oklahoma The most love I will give them this year 3. Missouri A team that can play some ball this tear 4. Florida Waiting for the Tebow injury  5. UGA Sinking fast, needs to get a grip to ever stay in the top ten. 6. LSU Needs a QB to unfold, FAST 7. Texas A dry campus might have something to do with this. 8. Texas Tech Never would have thunk 9. Penn State Might just take their conference. 10. Wisconsin Damn fine bratwurst Where is Auburn. :hihi:
1. OU 2. USC 3. Mizzou 4. Florida 5. LSU 6. Wisky 7. TT 8. Georgia 9. South Florida (token appearance :hihi 10. Alabama
1. USC 2. Oklahoma 3. Florida 4. Missouri 5. LSU 6. Georgia 7. Wisconsin 8. Texas 9. Penn State 10. BYU I really wanted to put OU first, but I can't get that image of the 2004 national championship game out of my head. Sorry, Sooners. LSU > Georgia
OU is way over rated 1. Florida 2. USC 3. Georgia 4. LSU (may not end up this high because of loses to FL and GA but we are better than all teams I have below) 5. OSU 6. ECU 7. Texas 8. Missouri 9. OU (will lose at least 3) 10. Auburn (would have had them higher if their offense wasn't so inept sat)
