I'd bet quite a few, depends on how many beans, okra, onions, etc. he put in each one right? Probably run out of vodka before you run out of the "stuff"
A bloody mary cost between $6 and $8 in a bar or restaurant. That's from 12-13 to 16-17. And that includes the vodka. Sometime I will munch on one or two of the green beans but usually don't eat the okra. Most places use bar vodka which is the cheapest but no point in using the good stuff in a bloody mary since you don't taste it much anyway. There are about 25 shots in a fifth unless you have a cool bartender with a heavy hand. A fifth of Smirnoff's is about $15. depending on where you buy it. I usually buy Zatarain's mix but I forget what the cost of that is. When I make my own I use V-8 juice with worcestershire sauce and hot sauce that I usually already have. Celery salt is $1 at Dollar General. Sometimes I will crush a small piece of garlic. Less than 1 clove of garlic is next to nothing. V-8 juice is about $3 but I never stopped to calculate how many bloody marys I get from a quart. I've never bought any pickled green beans or okra but I usually put a stick of celery in the glass. If I don't cook anything that needs celery I end up throwing most of it away since you can't buy celery by the stick.
I recently drank Absolute for the first time. Daughter very nicely asked me about why I drank the Dobra and Taaka instead of "the good one." Told me how much better it was sonI tried some and it is smoother.
