In some circles they call that a losing ticket.

The love with Ohio State and the recognition of Wisconsin. The shutout numbers ...

Undefeated Penn State against the one loss Notre Dame who lost to UGA. How's that going to play out this weekend? I'm thinking Notre Dame pays for the Georgia loss in the polls.

Right. I'll bet CFP committee will put LSU above Clemson when they release their first rankings based on LSUs wins over two top 10 teams, and Clemson none, and barely squeaking by UNC. They've been pretty good about focusing on the season at hand, and not just placing a team high based on last season. That's the only reason Clemson is above us, b/c they started that way based on last season's result, which they deserve to some degree, but now 6 games in, we deserve to be ranked ahead of them.

It's all moot anyway. As long as we're in top 4 at end of season, that's really all I care about. That, and our D getting more pressure and playing more man w/pressing at LOS.

LSU will not move above Clemson or Bama until they beat one of them.

I know right? When it was obvious that we couldn't get to Trask with our front 4, I'm not sure why we waited so long to dial up the pressure. I said this before in another thread, but I think one of Aranda's strengths as a DC is the adjustments he makes at halftime. But if he had a solid gameplan going in, he wouldn't have to make so many of those adjustments. But they were money when they had to be, so I'll take that over a team that dominates the entire game then chokes when it counts.

    Kickers miss. See Georgia.

I’d rather it be in the 1st Qtr than be the one when the game is on the line.

LSU has the two best wins of any team in the top 6. I don't see us passing Clemson or Bama. Everyone is clamoring over the Clemson win, but it's FSU. They're not the old FSU.

It was a very entertaining game. We won by 2 touchdowns.

We won’t pass Bama or Clemson because they’re being judged based on previous years dominance. They don’t have the resume that LSU has this year though. Nobody in the country does to this point. 6-0 #1 offense, 2 top 10 wins.
