this is a marathon... not a sprint... Saints=5-11\ P.S. Dallas has more superbowls than the saints have playoff wins... by a lot, too
Good, you know how to root for a frontrunner. When you can spend as long as I have sticking with the home team, then you can brag. By the way, I don't expect the Saints to finish with a better record than Dallas this year, but I also don't expect Dallas to go to the Super Bowl. (Or win the NFC East for that matter).
It's a marathon now? I thought that, as of your first post, it was indeed a sprint??? It's going to feel like a marathon for the CowDung fans.
I began following football in 94 or so... what have we won since then? 1 superbowl? front runner is liking the Pats (which I do like also, but not nearly as much as dallas or baltimore)
Cowboys fans have delusions of grandeur. No such thing for the Texans this year. We KNOW there are significant gaps in talent that must be addressed over the next couple of years. The Fins loss was harder for me to deal with. And yes, Mario Williams looked absolutely terrible. Just a first game, but damn it was a bad one.
actually 93, 94, and 96 the Boys won. it is no wonder you choose the Cowboys to root for, given their popularity and all in the 90s
Haha. Football games are 4 quarters. Important detail to remember. Also, remember that anything less than a Superbowl victory guarantees a TO meltdown and him wearing a Raiders uni next year. I hope Matt Jones turns out to be the real deal. Physically, the guy is a freak. And he seems to be grasping the position rather well in only his second year at that spot. I remember, one guy on ESPN picked Jones to be the steal of the 1st round before the draft, and him catching hell for that as well as saying that he was better than Mike Williams. Well, who's laughing now?
