The called pass play down on our own 6 yard line, to me, was the turning point of the game. Run the ball, take another 30+ seconds off the clock, punt and probably get out of the half down 9-0.
Ensminger got his ass handed to him, very disappointing. Orgeron owns some of that. I didn’t expect the same shit that we’ve seen; Burrow was rattled and our OL got their asses handed to them. Anyway, I can take this loss, but Eaux needs to win out. And I’m not sure E is the answer. Our entire offensive staff, just... WTF. Good game gumps. Y’all outclassed our offense again.
I think most of us know we won't win vs. Saban again with any coach that we would be able to land. It's so routine it doesn't bother me much. A Saints loss today will have me good and aggravated though.
The scary thing about it is a lot of its in our own head. There are much lesser opponents who have more yards and more points and more success against bama than we do.
I would not put my life on the line saying "not until after Saban." Dabo is queued up and ready, and he is doing pretty good at Climson.
