I hate to break it to you but he shredded us anyway. At least if we blitz and hit the sob it may have forced him to make quicker decisions. It's almost like Georgia didn't even earn anything out there, they just easily took it. So jam the receivers, send the blitz make that mother fucker earn it.
Hell, at least hitting him for 4 quarters might of made a difference. Murray wasn't touched all game except for a penalty. Meanwhile Mett was getting pelted and a blitz directly resulted in LSU losing the game on that last drive.
And Chavis is doing that, but throwing them to the wolves and abandoning what you've put into the veterans you already have is not smart football. We took a huge drop-off when we lost 8 starters on defense and this is just starting to sink in to some folks. We must live with what we have and make them play better.
Boy, I've never seen anyone want to throw the season away when we have lost one game and still have our goals in sight. I believe the coaches are putting the players on the field that give us the best chance to stop the offense. If we would have benched all of the starters some of you want to get off the field UGA would have scored 70 in 3 quarters.
Well, the coaches say different. I think the coaches are brighter than you. We are not going to face a quarterback like Murray every week.
Just like promoting the two fuckwads to co-DC in 2008. Then Studwara to OC. Yep, coaches are always right on the money. We should never question their decisions. You've assumed the mantle of Sabanfan, defending coaches to no end. And the people making their voice heard in this thread were calling it early in the season about this defense. So this isn't a kneejerk reaction on our collective part.
