    Mel Kiper just dropped him from 3rd to 25th on his big board.

    He said that there was going to be a great debate as to whether Mariota or Winston would go first, but now Mariota is clearly the #1 QB going into the draft.

    He said he needs to go back to FSU as a 4th year Junior and maybe even a 5th year senior, to gain much more maturity.

    4th round at best. I wouldn't draft Mariota either. Probably haven't seen him enough though.
