He met with Miles for a few hours and told him why he didn't want to take an official to us, which isn't a big deal. Les seems to be pushing hard for an official though, it might be a good idea to back off though, Jai might get turned off by that. I know recruits always say that individual games mean nothing, but I think beating Miami will go a long way in swaying him our way.
....or if they paste us through the air, he may say, "I can start right away for LSU!" :shock: ....let's just hope we win and he looks at it (LSU) in positive light. :thumb:
The way I see it though, Jai is a Miami fan, but he knows it is a better choice for him and his family to stay in state though. If we win then maybe he'll think "it's the closer school, and it's the better team." Seems like it would almost be a no-brainer.
Unless he's one of those that buys into the whole, "on any given day".... IMO, one game does not prove to me that the winner is the better team except that they were the better team that day. Lots can happen to a program in 4 seasons.
