Y'all see that Debose is back in the mix per Dandy Don?

90% seems like the ceiling for probability when it comes to recruiting high school kids. So, I'd say there is a way - maybe not likely, but there is a way.

Does it occur to anybody that with us still hoping to land Debose we sort of sound like aTm with Loston. I was hoping we would get Debose and I asked the recruiting trinity on this board what they thought and was very excited about what they said. We didn't get him so it is time for us to move on. We should start to concentrate on the recruits that truely want to be Tigers. We very well could maybe gets his sig on NSD but its doubtful. Lets move on.

There was no way for Sonny or Mike to know either, but their experience & taking off the P&G glasses allowed them to see what was really going on.

    And who was right?

"We" aren't doing anything but amusing ourselves.

Lighten' up, Joe. The coaching staff is WAY ahead of us. If there's concentrating and movin' on to do, they'd be the ones to do it. I trust they'll make the right call.

Well no, they both jumped fully on board and even made guesses at some point that LSU would land him. Albeit late.

Mike did, based on Campbell coming out & saying he would be playing at LSU & eliminating Michigan, which was a flat-out lie. There's a difference between taking what a recruit says in the heat of the moment & running with it (what Dandy did) & assuming he isn't a deceiptful liar.

I never saw Sonny predict him to LSU, as his Michigan sources kept saying that he was already enrolled there.

Maybe you're right. These guys are still just kids afterall, and kids do the darndest things...

I have no insider information, btw. I just don't think there's any chance the kid signs with us after announcing on national television that he's going to UF. I'd love to be wrong, but it's time to move on.

I think that is exactly what he does. I personally like the guy but take his optimism with a grain of salt.

"The recruiting trinity?!?" My Catholic upbringing is screaming "blasphemy", but I'm laughing too hard to mean it.

Id like to be able to believe in that way right now. I really was disappointed with his choice during the All Star game, I really want Debose. He was very uncomfortable with the decision. My assumption is that he told RS and CLM, that he would sign would LSU. Otherwise RS wouldnt have said that we would get at least 1 of the Seminole trio. I refuse to believe that AD would just flat out lie to RS about his interest in LSU. We all know his mom is probably the culprit in his decision.
