It's not a type of mental illness that's listed in the DSM-IV. There's no "criminal mind" disorder. If it were a listed disorder, no one would go to jail. They simply do not view themselves as doing something wrong like most normal people would (just watch the Cecil video that's in the thread linked in this one). I was just saying that he, and the many like him in prisons (not that everyone in prison is indeed guilty of their crime), quickly become repeat offenders when released because they are indeed social deviants and receive no help while they are incarcerated.
