So says the Florida AG: Former Palm Bay High School and LSU star athlete Xavier Carter, who was arrested last September in Gainesville for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon, has had the charges dismissed. But State Attorney Bill Cervone told FLORIDA TODAY on Tuesday that as part of a "gentlemen's agreement" he promised to relocate and leave the area.
