Somebody throw a picture of MSU's disastrous unis up here. Didn't work out too well for them. Those were the ugliest unis I've ever seen. Black and maroon kinda clash! - And to the thread starter...LSU ALWAYS wears white...expect when other teams won't let us. MSU has that tendency. It doesn't work out too well for them either. I swear we seem to beat them worse when they make us wear the purple jerseys...remember 2007? 45-0 at their place...in the rain...opening game of the season.
I don't know where Miles stands on this, but it seems like he follows it somewhat too, but under Saban we occasionally wore purple in non-conf. home games. For that reason I thought we may see the purples today, but I'm sure they'll be out for McNeese and ULM.
The picture...is that what you're talking about? That's a normal WVU uni, no? I thought you were talking about some special unis like VT wore when they lost to BSU and like MSU wore when they lost to LSU.
Those unis look fine to me. This should be a very good game. I think we will win, but isn't that what any fan should think? Now Oregon, they are the ones that can come out with some strange looking uniforms...:geauxtige
I love their blue one. They do have a "Special" one they'll be wearing in the "Backyard Brawl" on Nov 6 vs. University of Pitt. Not surprised they haven't brought it up since it's butt-ugly but it is for a good cause- the 29 miners who died last April.
