I completely agree. There area lot of factors involved. Hell, since the bollards were installed, it's a lot more difficult to park at the game. I'm not saying that it wasn't needed, it's just that we all agree that today's LSU gameday experience isn't the same.

Success changes things. This isn't the same LSU that was happy to get a bowl invite.

Like you said, back in the day if you wanted to see the Tigers, you got your butt to the stadium. Maybe there was a Tiger Vision game once or twice a year. Now they are televised every week in high def and can be watched on a beautiful 42" flat panel. There are people who don't leave their tailgate spot and just watch it right there.

But I know a lot of the shrimp boot crowd that isn't dropping their cash into TAF "donations". The snoot level has definitely increased.

You only get flamed for comments like that.

This is the best LSU board around.

    This.

I try to make it back to BR at least once a year when I can (ain't happening this year, though), but even watching the game on TV you almost see the collective "ugh" when the offense comes onto the field. And I can appreciate Miles wearing out the fans who booed (is that even a word?), but I hope Miles also accepts his responsibility in that, as well.

Wasn't at the game, but the complaints you all have about TS seems eerily similar to what we're always saying about Mountaineer field, not as loud as it once was, fans leave early, booing the play calling, social gathering, etc.. I feel like our football programs were separated at birth.

I did two years supervising Boy Scout ushers before getting my season tickets. Watching for free, but in full scout uniform and sober as a judge. Trying not to cuss . . .

    I dont see any flame.

You might mean that people might disagree with you, but thats not flame.

Very little of that goes on...

Thats usually how debates go, my thoughts vs. yours..

:huh:I must have been watching a different game. What I saw was a WV qb so rattled by the sound and the defense that he lined up under guard and needed his running back to correct him in the waining moments of the game!
