Re: Rueben Randle IMO i've said it before but i could see RR at Ole Miss over Bama and with HN over there now that only betters(not a word prob) the situation. His freshman year he would play with Snead who is definitely going to try to have a great Junior year with the possibility of going pro and lets say he doesnt he'll have Snead(Senior) his Sophmore year. Then his Junior and Senior years he'll have Mackey his former teammate who he has said he would like to play with again.
Re: Rueben Randle I guess you already realize you won't have anyone on TF backing you up with this hypothesis? Your logic is actually quite valid. It's just not Randle's logic, unless this kid is the most tight lipped recruit in the history of recruiting.
Re: Rueben Randle I could definitely see the reports of OU as second to LSU right now. Little attractive to see their starting receivers go and Bradford staying. Distance is a factor there IMO, as is Miami on his list. Regardless what has been said, I think distance is the biggest factor in his recruitment. Distance is the #1 factor into making a decision for most recruits. It obviously isn't like that for some recruits but its definitely the highest percentage choice. Was a factor in Debose, despite what he said in interviews. Most high profile recruits stay close to home.
Re: Rueben Randle Oh Islstl dont get me wrong he's going to be a Tiger most likely but just said I could see him going to Ole Miss over Bsma.
Re: Rueben Randle :hihi: You know, for a kid who has handled his process so well thus far, I would have to seriously question RR's thought process if he hung his hat on Mackey ever enrolling at a big-time university. I hope for his sake he does because Nutt (who should still be in good graces of the Rebel faithful by that time...before the temptations of the Oxford hunnies gets the best of him) will get the best out of him. Otherwise, his future is bleak. At the very least I hope he can get a degree and maybe start coaching. I'm afraid for him in a life without football. Hopefully he makes it to Ole Miss, and he and RR can chop it up at midfield before kickoff once per year...then exchange handshakes after LSU whips some Rebel arse...
Re: Rueben Randle Spoke to a Bama fan around here yesterday. He says something along the lines of yeah, RR had his visit to Bama this passed weekend and had a great time! I said, really? Because I could've sworn I saw him in Bastrop this weekend...and his visit isn't until this weekend... He :rolleye33: at me and walked off...
