Re: Rueben Randle Any idea on what was said? Like you said this is not the first time they have said something about getting RR or something positive for their chances with him. Probably just hype or rumors because he is more of an LSU lean than he has ever been IMO.
Re: Rueben Randle I'm pretty sure it had something to do with AJ McCarron and was spread by his family, but as far as what they said I have no idea. A few Bama fans on another board I frequent got super cocky about him again out of the blue tonight and that's all I could get out of them.

Re: Rueben Randle I agree. He will come to LSU because of LSU, not because of any shortcomings of Bama. Crowton as OC, an established young QB, staying in Louisiana, Shepard. That's what gets him here ultimately.
Re: Rueben Randle The bottom line is that LSU offers him more tools to be successful than Bama does. Better supporting cast and better coaches, most importantly Crowton.
