Re: Rueben Randle I would love to have RR just like everyone else. But i am not going to melt down if we dont get him. Right now i think his camp is telling people what they want to hear and soon enough the suspense will be over. I dont blame RR because he has handled his recruitment with class and if LSU is not where he wants to play i respect it and will wish him well. The usc guy handled it very poorly and that is the difference. Sure La. people want their best talent to go to LSU. But if treated fairly in the process and not lied too and played with we are reasonable. If i was him i would announce when i was ready and not let others dictate what i do. He is in a unique situation that not all recruits are in. Everyone wants him and will save a scholarship for him no matter what. Not all recruits have that luxury. Sometimes you can wait yourself right out of a scholarship.
Re: Rueben Randle I agree. Randle is a very talented receiver and I'd love to see him in purple and gold. But if not, I wish him well (except when we play), and respect the way he's handled it. He will end up doing what his family and he feels is best for him. He'll see early play time here, but if not he is only a receiver (albeit a good one) and we'll be alright!LSU!
