Re: Rueben Randle Well I'm from Bastrop. I know most of the teachers that taught him because they taught me. THEY said he would've benefitted from special ed, just to figure out if he had a disability, then gradually move him back into "general population" after he showed some progress. But late in a kid's junior year, it's too late. I've been around him many times, and well, let's just say you and I came away from our respective conversations feeling differently... You ever have a conversation with an airhead chick? I mean she's fine as baby duck feathers and you're planning on giving her your best lines...you know, the ones you save for the still-sober chick in the club? But within minutes you realize her brains really are in her chest, legs, butt (pick your favorite body part). You walk away frustrated because it's just not worth the trouble...well, yeah.....LOL. But again, I heard he's progressed pretty well. Probably see him around the holidays since his season is over.
