Well, I guess anything's possible but I don't think he's after money. He knows that if his son goes to the right program and succeeds he's gonna get paid anyway. I just think he feels something's not right. I hope he does sign today and end all this drama whether it ends up good for us or not. Headed to Bastrop today and hopefully I'll find out some good news. I'll let you know this evening unless he signs at noon.

    Thanks for keeping us posted.

Randle's dad doesn't have to worry about Randle and the NFL. He's not choosing between Oklahoma and Tulsa.

Randles's dad should ask Stoops about the last BCS game he's won.

Thats why I thought he would sign w/ Ole Miss before Bama and some ppl told me that but OU has always been there with the chance to come right in and be the "star" but Bama and Saban has always been the media's favorite

:geaux: Would it be reach to say that if Dad was looking out for his son's best interests he would let Reuben go to the school that HE wants to go to, not the one Dad wants him to go to? :LSU231:

It's not about money. I mean they don't have NFL money, but I don't believe they're hurting for anything. The guys that worked at the papermill made very good money for such a small town with a very low cost of living. I mean they do well enough to have afforded several unofficial visits to places that are not cheap to visit...like Miami.

From what I'm told, it's simply a difference of opinion, but it's not a big deal at all. It's been made into more than what it really is.

As far as Bradshaw goes, he's good about supporting LSU...not so much for the rest of the state schools as evidenced by all the kids from Bastrop that have gone to Central Arky, Southern Arky, Ouachita Baptist...all sh/itty Arkansas schools, as opposed to Southern, Grambling, McNeese, Tech, hell even ULM.

Everyone also knows that Bradshaw is not fond of his player's parents being to involved in his program. He likes the support, and what they do as boosters, but stay off the field. Emmitt is not a coach, but he crossed Bradshaw's gun line.

Dont believe that because that means we let some recruits father make decisions for us. DLo just switched at the last sec for some unknown reason right now.

    No competition is the reason.

Bull. No competition had NOTHING to do with DLo. Hell he thinks he's better than Rueben anyway.

Since I'm a little heated right now, I'm saying it. Fawk it.

    Rueben is coming to LSU.

DLo isn't. And it's not because he didn't want to.
