I am relaxed, but here is the truth of the matter, I hate the Gators and their fans, living in Florida for the past 6 years, it gets tiring. You finally won a second NC this decade, but you come here to make jokes and show arrogance. Your joke wasnt that funny, a year after UF won the championship you went 8-5 and lost to Michigan in a bowl game. Your defense couldnt stop anyone and you had an all world QB to go along with that. Then you continue to make these little sligh remarks about our recruiting and our 2008 season, then you try to cover it up by saying, it was just a joke. As I said before I grow tired of UF fans and their arrogance you included. Then you go in on our QB, who had his struggles but never gave up, I can talk about him all day long, but you cant, not here on this forum. Thats the end of my rant.
It's kind of like marriage. YOU can say your wife is a fat cow all you want. But if somebody ELSE does.... J-Lee may be off the mark (literally) but he's still a TIGER and IMO he represented Tiger Nation well in how he never gave up. We can all at least respect that part of his game. :geaux:
Actually 9-4, and you must not have watched that defense much. It couldn't stop anyone from passing, the run defense was excellent. No defensive coordinator could have made Joe Haden (1st year EVER at CB) and Wondy Pierre Louis (god-awful) look good, especially not with a freshman in Major Wright behind them. That defense was going to be terrible from the get-go, if that performance surprised anyone, I'm surprised myself. I'm not being arrogant, I made a harmless joke about Jarrett Lee throwing interceptions. I never said "Jarrett Lee is a ****ass scrub punk who gave up on his team and the Tigers suck and Florida will win forever and LSU will always suck for the rest of forever!". You act like I came here intending to **** with LSU fans... after that fiasco in the TR thread, I continually apologized and explained that the comment about 2010 was a misunderstanding. I've tried to be nothing but respectful, but you seem to have a general impression that all Florida fans are scum. Don't act like you wouldn't be right there to make the same snide remarks if Tebow had the season Jarrett Lee had. You're not perfect, neither am I. I don't think Florida's hot **** just because they won the National Championship. I was humbled by the 9-4 season, we sucked. If not for Tim Tebow we might not have even won 7 games. I haven't made sligh remarks about your recruiting either. I've complimented this class multiple times, admitted that the #2 prospect in the nation is a lock to you guys, etc. I've done nothing to slight your recruiting class, I've just been commenting on Trent Richardson. Chill out.
