It didn't look like a direct quote, so maybe the writer was paraphrasing. I got real excited after looking at that list without Bama in it. :geaux:

First time he's EVER said, "I think he'll finish up his visits because he can, then sign with LSU, but I could be wrong. I just don't see a better situation out there for him. LSU has the most potential to be great over the next few years than any team in the country." These were his words, and he's the farthest thing from an LSU "fan" although he does enjoy when they do well. But he is a realist and would never try to convince a kid not to go to LSU. But he's been through the recruiting circus (not on as big a scale), and gives the Bastrop recruits good advice.
Re: Rueben Randle I was one of the first to say we were not looking good in the recruitment od randle. However the guys i was getting my info from have now been getting more encouraging info. I believe randle will sign with lsu on NSD. LSU is looking very well, jefferson has progressed at QB. Bama will lose some ground i felt like that team overachieved this year anyway. Oklahoma well have you ever been to norman not somewhere id want to spend 4 yrs of my life..all in all i now believe we will be fine:wave:...
Re: Rueben Randle Just to clarify what was mentioned on DandyDon today about his 4 day visit and how he is only allowed to be on campus for 48 hours by NCAA rules. The family is heading down to BR today and staying on their own dime. The official visit starts Friday Night.
