    he should go to LSU cause its closer than all those other schools. somebody make sure this kid knows that.

    no need to pretend. BR is closer to Memphis than Knoxville is.

    Knoxville-Memphis 344 air miles.
    Baton Rouge-Memphis = 330 air miles.

    OK, then driving distance and time:

    BR to Memphis = 381 road miles, 6 hours and 8 minutes.
    Knoxville to Memphis = 392 road miles, 6 hours and 25 minutes

    It is to drive them, too. What is your point?

    It's down to Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State and LSU.

    USC was cut from his prior list due to distance.

    He says LSU is talented enough to win the national championship again this year.

    And so LSU is on yet another short list of a terrific high school football player.

    Ho-hum.

    He'll be one to watch. He has disappointed coaches almost every time he has shown up somewhere. He is still a nice talent but with numbers being tight I wouldn't be surprised if we passed eventually.

    His stock has definitely dropped a bit on rivals.
