    This isnt from my best gump source but...something was wrong with Bell's fax machine and they sent a runner to pick up his LOI.

    I know, dont sound right. All Bell had to do was send his parents to Kinkos and fax it. Like I said, not a great source and my boss isnt answering his phone. He's probably been drinking martini's since noon.

    i remember reading this same excuse for an LSU recruit last year right down to going to kinkos to resend it.

    forgot who it was. sounds like coughbullshiitcough only because its the exact same story.
