No reason to think he won't qualify this time. He did everything he was supposed to do. And I hate to say LSU screwed him. That's a lot harsh considering the circumstances. On the flipside, without all the sideshow from daddy Randle, Benton could've easily screwed LSU...and it still would've been harsh to say "screwed."

I have to agree but I am looking on Scout for an update. Anything on Rivals about it. The good thing is that their is no fax sent to Bama, so I am sure the coaching staff is telling him we only got 1 WR so you don't have to be a Gump.
It seems so, but it's odd that they would update it to say that so late in the day when everyone else thought he was heading to amab so much earlier in the day.
Not sure I would be trusting maxpreps. I am trying to get some info from a gump. Waiting on his text response as I type this.
