Thats exactly the situation I see him painting. I think the kid wants to be a Tiger but too many WR commits may scare him off.

The question is how much Bama wants him and how long willing to hold a scholly on signing day? Does he want to risk losing a place at LSU and Bama.

Yes, he is scheduled to commit before Kelly and Randle and possibly even Benton.

So I don't think he will pick anyone but LSU, because he won't know what everyone else is doing.

Word is Bell may switch if Randle, Kelly and Benton all sign...another to watch tomorrow. Until he signs on the dotted line.

Couldn't blame him. It's one thing to welcome competition, but it's another to knowingly go into a situation where there is so much of it. It just decreases the odds you are even going to get a chance to show what you can do.

People keep forgetting that Bell is scheduled to be the first receiver to sign tomorrow...

:geaux: Are they absolutely locked in to a specific time to sign? I mean, couldn't he wait until 3:00 P.M. to sign if he wanted to or no? I didn't know they were locked into a schedule. :LSU231:

I was told earlier today that Bell is announcing at 2 with RR and DLo at either 12 or 12:30. So he would actually have time to see where the other WRs are going.

Hi coach just said it would be the first time one of his players switched his commitment if he does.
