have you ever considered the other common factor in it all ... the plays called?? McCarron didn't throw the ball down field ...he threw high percentage passes. Saban proved he has more depth on that subject than Miles. If I ever have to see that stupid WR screen again, I think I'll just turn the TV off right then. TE 's can catch the ball ya know .... and their routes don't all have to be 10-20 yarders down field. Just ask Smelly .. or what ever his name was for Bama. And what about a bump and run out route by the RB?? ... TR made that one famous this year. Hard as hell to defend. Dude .. you can stand up here and defend using JJ as the QB all game based on Lee's past performance against Bama all you would like .... doesn't erase last monday's performance.

our offensive play calling and offensive game plan sucked, no QB was going to do well. our coaches got burned. it sucks
Most of that misleading stat was when JL was redshirt freshman. I have been arguing this for 3 days already. ESPN saying in 4 games JL...wtf you talking about? He has one complete start against bama. One, not four. He was on the team for 4. He may have thrown 4 passes in one game that were all obvious passing downs. You can't count those stats. That is not enough of a body of work to even establish a history. He played one game against bama. I'm pissed everyone is using that stat. Last year he played great vs bama, so what's the point? He probably only threw 7 passes in that game last year. I'm not using that stat because it's bs.
It wouldn't surprise me if LSU rakes bama over the coals in November tbh. We are losing a ton of starters and most of our defense. If you guys do happen to beat us in Nov, I truly hope it's on your way to an SEC title and Nat'l Championship. Good luck tigers!
