Wow, ESPN even switched up the telecast to put Musburger/Herbstreit on the VTech/Clemson game

The lengths they are going to.

Musburger/Herbstreit would have NEVER missed doing the OU/Oklahoma State game, as much as this game means.

Landry Jones is Musburger's illegitimate son, for God's sake.

I am at a loss for words.

What a crock. First the Saban appearance on Gameday and now this. I guess Herbie can be more muted now since he "didn't even seee the game".

The media tries to spoon-feed us crap, even when we have a media-busting team like LSU. Thank God for our boys. :)

Why would espn have any intrest in what team plays lsu in Nola?
I'm just asking because I don't really know the answer.
If osu played lsu it would be a great story. Les used to be coach at osu and left there supposedly after saying he would never even think of leaving the cowboys. It would be just as good a story as lsu/ bama rematch.

What would be the vested intrest in who is playing? Aren't they suppose to report the sporting news? What's the diffrence in reporting either team?
Again I ask, why not support osu as much as bama?
What vested intrest do they have?

I've had a bit too much alcohol as well, and I'm not sure I understand.

If Herbstreit telecasted the Okie St/OU game and watched them beat OU 51-17, then Herbstreit could cast a huge shadow of doubt over who to choose for #2 on the voters ballots just by questioning it himself.
