Ahhhhh, every thing was right with the world last night. Yankees got dominated last night by Cliff Lee, too bad he can't pitch every night.

Against the Angels, the Yankees were leaving men on base by the truckload. I felt like they would be swept by the Phillies if they didn't start putting some wood on the ball. I still feel that way.

    Pedro going tonight.

He will either shut them down completely and hurl a classic Pedro gem.

Or he'll get shelled and turn in a classic Pedro Yankee Stadium meltdown.

very little chance of anything in-between those two possibilities.

A lot depends on which A.J. Burnett shows up tonight as well.

The worm has slightly turned. Now let's see which Hamel and which Pettite show up tomorrow night. This could turn out to be a great series.

Yanks benefit again from a blown call. Probably would have won anyway though. Pedro looked pretty good, it was funny watching him laugh at those dumb ass guidos in the stands. Matsui, geez, did he use a pitching wedge to go yard? Burnett had his curveball working, and Howard needs to get out of that WS slump.

You are right though, are we going to see Cole Hamels of last post season, or the one of this season? Petite is always money in big games, he shouldn't have a problem, can the Phils find their sticks though?

This WS is probably going all 7 games. Looks like a pretty even match-up.

knew matsui was going to come through. bad knees but always been a clutch player.

    hamels will get shelled.

yanks will go up 2-1 and not look back.

    this series is over.

sucks cuz i hate the yanks.

    I disagree....

The Phillies will score 6 runs tomorrow night and take a 2-1 series lead.

Sebathia vs Blanton in Game 4; Yankees win.

Cliff Lee will start Game 5, and the series will go back to NY with the Phillies up 3-2.

The team that won game 1, has won 11 or the last 12 WS. This year will be no different.
