I'm not worried about the personal embarrassment. I'm a just a fan, currently working out of state and still sporting my purple and gold on game day.

I'm worried about how our potential recruits feel, seeing LSU make the sports news reels for all the wrong reasons.

It's a "what have you done lately" world. Clips of present idiocy over shadow past NC's and number of NFL draftees. The biggest impact will be our ability to recruit.

If you were a blue chip recruit, would you want to play for Miles?

They come to play for LSU, amigo. Our current and last coach have won national championships, Louisiana is great recruiting country, we play in the best division of the best conference in the land, and LSU is a perennial top-10 team. If Miles doesn't work out, LSU will go out an hire another top coach, they will be lining up for the opportunity to coach here.

The recruits will line up, too.

If you set your worth by what a bunch of kids do then GET A LIFE. What you do makes your worth not them. I am proud of LSU and had no problem wearing purple & gold even with Hallman et al.
Fans are NOT on the team. Fans neither win or lose they are supposed to root the team on. When I played in HS nothing made my team mates more discusted than having a fans come up and say "we won the game" especially when they then said "you lost the game".
I am all for critisim positive and negative. Analyse & discuss comment on performance. But to confuuse it with real life is sad.

Well I think with all the excitement the officials also got confused, and they should have been flagged themselves
