i am really looking forward to brunch tomorrow. i guess i will refrain from popping my big sister on the back of the head.
hawthorne said uf just batted around and he is the 8th player to come to the plate. i dont want to beat a dead horse to death but cmon.
It was so f...... blatant that ESPN replayed that post game. That really belittles what she had been able to do for her team. :dis: Still the best part was her fouling out (maybe Erica got to her head), and OkSt. lost!
They'd been jawing for a lot of the game. In the paper this morning, Riley gave some bulletin board quotes like LSU's experience doesn't mean anything ... yada, yada. So I think Riley let the talk get to her and lashed out. Later, after that play, one of Okla State's players chest butted Erika to the ground as the ball went out of bounds (that lead to the inbounds play with one sec on the shot clock and Big Syl did the turnaround jumper). It was right in front of the ref and they let it go. Officials swallowing their whistles leads to physical games, which I think benefits us.
i wasnt here but i would have known who you were talking about in a second because i ate dinner with her one night a few years ago. i was having drinks and still couldnt get a word in over her sober mouth. very rare.
I just want to officially go on the record that although I have two degrees from UNC, I will be cheering for our Lady Tigers on Monday night. =) :bball: PS - Go Lady Monarchs (ODU)!
