I doubt you can say that now. Tennessee, ULM and Vandy didn't give up 83 points...and likely never will. Just sayin...
I've watched Indiana play three times, and they have absolutely no speed in the secondary. They have safeties covering slot guys who must run in the high 4.9s at best. Maybe numbers-wise, they aren't the worst D in America, but if you watch them, their damn close based on their lack of athleticism. There's no way Tennessee gives up 83 points to an in-conference foe.
