    lol. Funny part about that is I was a fan but there didn't seem to be as many fans back then. Dam sure not the P&G I see around today. The baseball National Championships in the 80's and 90's did a lot to change that before the 2003 football one.

    You can probably throw the '97 Florida game into that category of everyone saying they were there.

    I went to one game with my dad during the '79 season, but I think it was against Kentucky. I brought my own money and bought an LSU pennant with the old school Tiger on it and a game program.

    Not everyone! Wife got sick a couple hrs before the game and I had to sell my tickets and drive home to watch it on tv. I still growl at her every time the subject comes up.

    I thought that was YOU! Lol The energy coming down on the field must have been unreal. The place was nuts even before pre game.

    ESPN said they hit 115 decibels in Jordan-Hare tonight. And sure didn't look or sound like any of them had left at the end.
