This is the worst team Mark Richt had since becoming head coach. They have 1 person on the team that will make it to the NFL and you saw him catch that TD. On the other hand LSU has about 10-14 guys that will be playing on Sundays. Its peachy to grab a win but its time to move on. They were supposed to win and they did. Had LSU lost then I would have been shocked. Time to look at Florida so don’t celebrate to long.

 

Georgia's got the same level of talent we do according to how the recruiting services rank all their recruiting classes. If you went to a GA forum, they'd tell you 10-14 guys that have that they think will be playing on Sundays. For example, like these 13 guys right here:

Really, we were supposed to win this game. That's why Vegas had us as 3.5 pt dogs.

 

As a fan, I reserve the right to celebrate as long as I damn well please, thank you.

And beating Georgia is CERTAINLY a big deal. They've been wiping the field with us for quite long enough!! :geauxtige

Why this win was enormous:

1) This team hasn't beaten UGA at home in 22 years.
2) This team had to come out of this game with a win before facing Florida. This win gives them much needed confidence going into the game next week.
3) This win shows that this team, no matter how they end up doing it, can keep a game winnable, and they can find a way to win it..
4) We just beat a top 20 team from the SEC, at home, with talent alone for the most part.


It's going to be a nightmare for anyone in the SEC that plays us when LSU gels and it all comes together just right.

People that start threads like this remind me of that guy Mort from family guy. Just whining, nagging, nothing is ever right, cant go outside because of allergies, always sending stuff back at restaurants, will never be happy. Look, we are 5-0, enjoy it. And if you think the win over UGA is not a big deal, then pass that ish over here. It was huge, it was huge because, We haven't beaten UGA at their place in 22 years, Les has never beaten UGA, DJ Shockley kicked our asses in 05, we are 5-0, 3-0 in the SEC. We go into next weeks game 4 in the country against UF, and im telling you that crowd will be more electric than it would be if we were 4-1.

How in our good lords name are you people comparing this win to beating #1 ranked Gators or Tenn. teams? I need to smoke some of that $hit you been hitting on.

Lets face it the Bulldogs might not even be ranked by the end of the season.

When you start celebrating mediocre wins like this, that’s when a real top team roles up on you and jacks you right in the mouth.

This game was a tune-up for Florida and that’s it. Time to move on and stop gloating!
