The buzzards circling Baby Huey with Ky coming up has made me reminisce about the DiNardo era. What game sealed Coach Calzone’s fate? Was it the Kentucky game with the purple pants ??
The old dawgs in here will recall . My memory is shot .

I think it was. I will become a circling buzzard myself if we lose Saturday. If I were Oeaux I would pay Ensminger $500,000 of his own money to work with the offense this week to change something. To me the OC we had last year was much better tgan what I have seen from Peetz. Yes we list games but we put up big numbers in spite of that. Peetz better show something soon.

Kentucky. we lost like 31-5. we had super talent. And we were talking to uks coach hal mumme to replace him. Tim Couch was the qb. when favre and hallman are brought up, so should this duo. Mumme should mail tc a xmas card every year.

UGA beat us with quincy carter and champ bailey. 28-27.

we had lost carl reese which began the end. Lou Tepper was introduced as dc. It got so bad for Lou he went into dinardos office and offered to resign.

I remember dinardo was asked to speak at the rotary club but he was vindictive to the end refusing. He was a marked man and didnt get a 6th year. He thinks this was the real reason he was fired which may be true bc the president jenkins told him personally he needed to go.

Thomas Dunston on Champ Bailey was the real reason he was fired. Even 4 yrs wasnt gonna help that.

Ah yes Mr Dunston — the WORST athlete to ever start in LSU football.
This program once had Tepper and Dunston—- and people think it’s bad NOW??

Don, I’m proud of you buddy for finally admitting that Deculus was NOT the worst athlete in LSU football history. His 6 yrs have not been a waste.

Hey I have a bit of an odd admiration for #76 —dude comes back for 5 seasons ( or 6?) and hey he’s got a natty . The only way Mr Dunston would have seen a ‘SHIP is if he camped at Grand Isle and waited for a shrimp boat.
