Got u beat. Born in 54. I will always pull for the tigers. The problem for me is the surprise of how bad we are. Kind of like Archers 3rd year. I hear everyone's theory but I'm not sure which one is correct, maybe all.
Born in 54 as well. My first Ole Miss game was Bert Jones to Brad Davis...7-6 win for LSU. I was a classmate of Brad's in dental school and he told me he didn't even see that ball. He only saw the lights and Bert. Put the ball perfectly in his hands as he stretched them out.
Born in 52. First game I attended was aLSU Faggie game in 66. I do remember the 1960 Sugar Bowl where we had to play Ole Piss again after the Halloween night game. They beat us 21-0....(.familiar?). One reason I couldn't hate Les for the 2012 debacle. I know players from the team including Cannon who said it was the last thing they wanted to do Great memories of beating the Bear in 1969, Bert Jones and Tommy Casanova killing Norte Dame in 1972, the "Orange Bowl" game against FSU.... etc. I've had season tickets for over 30 years and will keep going....hell I survived Curly Hollman. I'm a tiger fan through thick and thin. That doesn't mean I won't criticize when I feel like it.
