unfortunately it is a choice between Vitter and Melancon. IF the porn start was still it, I would have voted for her. Since she is not i guess it will be Vitter.

Really? I'm glad you got to keep your gig. No worries, Dr. Coburn will be fine even if I don't vote for him. He is however an advocate of term limits and has already said he will not seek re-election after this term ends.

Absolutely true. I try to look at the whole picture but even with the internet it is difficult to see all the back door dealings and what may have happened to get one to switch a vote. Earmarks, pork, (other than the "other white meat") are baaaaaad.

Time to show em who is boss.

    Isn't that the truth.
Why haven't people caught on to the fact that politicians lie to get elected and then do whatever they wish after the fact.
The primaries are hilarious for example here in Colorado.
Andrew Romanoff is running to the left of Michael Bennett, if he wins the primary he will then turn around and run a more moderate campaign for the State election.

I voted ur guys out btw, nah, voted mine out!

YOu know I dont even know who is running in my district, Florida politics are so horrible I usually tune out. Both parties.

Oh yea I do know, we have Kendrick Meeks, who is possibly the worst candidate in the history of Florida and some other democrat, then there is Crist.

    Im voting for Charlie Crist.

It could be worse. You could be in Shelia Jackson Lee's district. I just love it. :hihi:

No, I'm not going to vote against my incumbent. I do welcome all others to vote out their incumbents so my incumbents will rise in seniority and power.

oklahoma had their primaries tuesday. some things that surprised me and some not so surprises. which brings up the question....

where is everyone as far as their incumbent goes in the primaries?

one thing i have noticed with the poll. what i suspected as far as partisanship. all the dems are being voted against. pretty much even on if the pub incumbent will be voted against. seems that it is not so much of saying both sides of those currently in power are more crooked than a dogs hind leg, but wanting to shift the balance of congress (not that that is a bad thing) and not willing to take the chance that the pub of two non-incumbents can take the seat. at least, imo, that is how it appears.
