Sure, The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is the federal regulation that allowed banks to make loans to high-risk borrowers in low-income and minority neighborhoods. It has been around since the Carter Administration.

But the high-priced loans that broke the back of the mortgage crisis were not CRA affiliated, but were loans by recently deregulated lenders to high-risk middle and upper income people.

Yeah. Barney Frank and Chris Dodd were trying to fix it. Give me a fking break. You have lost all credibility. GOP Bad and Dem good. And you're a moderate independent? Belly laugh of the day.

GOP good and Dem bad in your case, so I guess that means you have lost all credibility

Why are you always intruding on other people's conversations?

The point is I am a right wing conservative so, yes. Red claims to be something he's not.

Your not having a conversation, Kemosabe.

But mainly because I disagree, opinionated, and I like to argue

    Just like you!

But you're wrong. I make no bones about where I stand. I am pretty far right, have no use for bleeding heart liberals and I think Carter would be a better choice than Obama. Red, on the other hand claims to be a moderate independant yet every single one of his views are left and liberal. I know he'll dispute this and he'll spout some moderate nonsense, but it's fairly obvious that his heard bleeds for Obama and Obama's idiotic policies.
Put it this way: He defends the stimulus and Obamacare.

You call that a rebuttle? :insane:

If there was a moderate party, I'd vote for it. But there ain't and right now, the democrats are moving to the center and the republicans are moving away from it. I go with the center-leaning party and fight the radical elements on both extremes. The GOP is about 90% extreme right now and the democrats only about 50%.

No. I call it a rebuttal.

    Wow. I'm speechless.
