Will we start seeing a more focused more crisp offense that we all were expecting this year today. All summer long we read how this LSU team was so talented and how they should be national contenders by season's end. Well after 3 games so far all we've seen is a whole bunch of misfiring. So will we see the LSU everyone expected today or will we continue to see the same team we have seen all year?
You are going to see a work in progress. "All we've seen is a whole bunch of misfiring", you say. If so, I believe you must have missed a lot so far. We have won every game and gotten better in every game. LSU will not play out-of sync today and will not come out "flat". It's time to show some mid-season form and I suspect that they will. They will continue to improve and peak in late season, hopefully. The 2009 schedule is tough and LSU will take some losses on the road, but 2010 looks very rosy for us in terms of schedule and returning talent.
