He already did:wave: Signed a new contract earlier in the season that puts his salary above 4 million a year.
Rich Rod will not be gone. He beat Notre Dame, still has an outside chance at a bowl, and also has an outside chance to beat a ranked Wisconsin, and their arch nemesis Ohio State. This is Rich Rod's 2nd year, and they have improved vastly over a year. With Rich Rod's philosophy, when he gets all of his pieces, Michigan could dominate the Big 10. As far as Miles, i don't want him to go anywhere, but its going to take awhile for me to get over the fact that he didn't say something about the officiating. I thought it was important for him to say something, not just to criticize the officials, but to rally this team and this fanbase.
Yep, he's gone...unless a miracle happens vs. Ohio St. I hear a man with the last name of Ferentz is being courted??
I hope not, but who can say they wouldn't go back to ther alma mater to coach given not one, but two chances? But, that's even if they offer him the job. They forced the last coach that Miles emulated to retire (Carr). Plus, I believe he's one seaon away from :crystal: , so he has every reason to stay. :milesmic:
Rich Rod is getting one more year. However, if he goes 6-6 and loses to tOSU next year, the honeymoon is over. CLM isn't going anywhere after this season either. However, if Rich Rod is sent packing at the end of next season after a dismal year, and the Tigers stay true to form for the past 2 seasons and lose every game that matters in November, it could get interesting. Maybe CLM takes the job where his heart seems to be anyway and LSU doesn't have to fire him or buy out his contract. Hmmm... Stay tuned.
Kirk Herbstreit just announced: Rich will be given the Rod and fade to a OC position. Leslie will say "Bo knows I want the job" Saban will say "I miss eating real food and gumbo and I hate these redneck boosters." It will rain for 12 hours today......wait...... it did rain for 12 hours today.
