I doubt ramah will be back. He was rude to guests and rude to regulars. Many times he was responsible for derailing good threads into a smack contest. ramah was a four-digit poster who didn't contribute and many people took him for a freeloader. He never ragged me too much and we got along, but he challenged several moderators and then he challenged Brett. Not a good idea. I don't think Les Miles has anything to do with it. ramah is pissed that he was repeatedly warned to follow the rules and took a temporary banning for failing to do it. The same thing happened to TigerEducated, but TE took it like a man and later returned. ramah was certainly interesting but he was detrimental to a good discussion and he is a poor sport.
Red, you sound like my grandma....... Ramah needs to come back. The pure entertainment factor was priceless, imo.
So he has a little attitude.......it's all good It takes all kinds to make up this world. For example, I think the white helmet sucks, you obviously like it...... yet we're both LSU fans.
I heard a rumor that martin and Ramah were one in the same. :hihi: BTW, the loser gave me red for my simple comment too, somebody needs a hobby. :dis:
Seeing a thread this old makes me wonder when was this place started? And unfortunately the answer to the question posed in the thread title is yes.
You know I have no idea. I used to read it for years before I "joined". Back in the day you had to pony up with I think $20 a year to be able to post. Imagine that, you had to pay in order to post,like (back in the day it was reputation points) or respond to anything. Believe it or not it was the very best times of this board. I hope we can get that back!
I got here in '03. It wasn't so much pay to post at that time, but donations were certainly encouraged.
