After two games, this question (no offense 99) shouldn't even be a consideration, but, I'll partake and say that IF LSU runs the table, he'll be back. I'll also say that if we lose another game this year, he'll be back.... Basically, his comments about the college game, and coaching college ball, make me feel that he has no desire to return to he pro ranks. I know Saban alluded to some of that when he was here, but I don't hold anyone accountable for what someone else did in a similar situation. As long as Miles doesn't lead us to a total melt-down, he'll be here for awhile. And I hope he IS here for awhile (because I'm not as sadistic as others here that what the team to fail miserably just so he can get fired).
Why would Michigan hire Miles when they could get Curley, Mike, or Gerry (not to mention Lou) much cheaper? Bo Rein has a better chance of coaching Michigan than Miles.
I understand you are mocking my digging up of old posts. However, at that time I was poking fun at clair and others who were worried about Miles leaving. People were fresh off of losing Saban and there were lots of threads worrying about it happening again. Meanwhile, there were countless others hoping Miles would leave...... The thread was highly sarcastic and fit right in with the mood of the forum at the time. You're new so you get a pass and the above explanation. It's ok. By the way, did you even read the edit?
Yeah, I was just picking on you like you said about the old threads. Hell, I'd love to know how many of mine there are where I'd have to eat my shoes.
well, in all my posts, it is clear I always was high on Miles. Right after the Tennessee loss, I guaranteed that'd be the only loss the team would have all year. I was worried he would move on, but I always thought he was a winner.
