10-1!!!:lol: No way will that happen. If the team isn't playing like it should now, then I don't see much improvement for the remainder of the year. The flaws in the UT game were primarily coaching. Sure blown coverages, confusion on defense, but who teaches them?? Who sat on a 21 point lead? Who allowed UT to get rejuvinated by squating on D and O? Unfortunately, we will lose at the least 3 games.
So there you have it. Everyone agrees that asking this question is completely stupid. Well, except for clarice. So why then do we have countless people on this forum asking time and time again if Les Miles will be fired this year, run off, how many games he must lose to be fired, etc etc? My question in this thread is no more foolish than those are. A wise man recently said "look guys, this is our coaching staff for 3 years. there's no way around it." :geauxtige LSU! :lsup:
Yep, but after seeing no improvement in the 2nd half of the UT game versus the ASU game on defense, I'm not feeling very positive that big improvements will be made. Lets see if the HC has made improvements on sitting on big leads. However, considering he has repeatedly done this in the past, I'm not felling very positive on that either. Looking at some of the other new and good coaches in college, I haven't seen growing pains like this, especially with national quality programs. Consider Weiss and Meyer.
