With this schedule???? @ Washington Vanderbilt UL-Lafayette @ Mississippi State @ Georgia Florida Auburn Tulane @ Alabama Louisiana Tech @ Ole Miss Arkansas I've bolded the games that are pretty much locks, and *everyone* in the SEC makes a bowl as long as they're .500. So the question boils down to: "Will LSU win at least two conference games?" How crazy is this? One down year and folks are speculating about missing out on a bowl.
Washington is not a lock -- I don't care if they were 0-30 last year. But I get your point. The poll was dumb.
i predict LSU going to the sec championship-- now whether they can beaat florida or not will be amazing, but at least LSU should go to a BCS bowl, easily. they will trounce washington by a score of 38-17 and i predict a very impressive a scoring capable defense and a mind boggling offense with very many weapons and game changing plays by change of pace. i cant wait to see the qb system and maybe russel shepard lines up at wide receiver!
I'll also go out on a limb and say the Ole Miss game is a lock. I don't care if Nutt is the Messiah...no way he gets the same results with half the talent available he had at Ar-kansas.
I don't even want to think about how misreable of a season we would have to have to not make it to a bowl. It pains me now to sit through a loss and I have to check my blood pressure after two, can't eat food for a week after three, and after four I just sit in the bottom of the tub rocking back and fourth crying. If we lose to the point we don't go to a bowl I probably won't survive and I don't want to die yet. Can we change the subject to what bowl will we go to please?
