A game we shouldn't have lost? How many games has he lost that he "shouldn't have lost"? Not many. PLus everyone once in a while you get a gem like we got after saturday night's game. That brings me as much joy as a victory. So in my eyes, we're 10-2.

The line for the other side of the ball, well, its a wait and see. Oh we have players, depth is lacking. Gilmore, Herron, Lacouture, Lawson, Neal and Patterson will be brought in a lot like Danielle Hunter this year, slowly. Martin and Thompson look to be the next good safeties at LSU, but this is also gonna depend. We have 5 verbals from DB's, will one of them be a Jalen Mills? LB'er, we signed a bunch last year, only one this class.
The starting line for next year could look like this, Hunter and Rasco at DE and Freak and Ego at DT. From there, guys will be fighting it out. Does Brick stay for another year? Thats one we'll keep an eye on.

LSU should win every game - something that one or fewer teams accomplish each year.

Loston is a junior ...he will be back, offensivelly I think we will be better next year, definately on the o-line, backs will be another year older and stronger, recievers will be better, Mett should continue to improve...overall offense should be much better.

Defensively....alot depends on who leaves early....I think mingo and sam are gone, but the talent at D-end is there to remain solid, My question mark revolves around the following players.....minter, logan, reid, Minter and logan especially logan could be late first 2nd round status, minter i think has flown under the radar as for as linebackers are concerned....he is one of the top 3 or 4 in the country imo. Reid's stock has fallen big time this year as far as play is concerned, he will wow alot of people at the combine though. I still think he is a late 2nd probably third round selection.

If we get one or *(fingers crossed) two of these guys back.....I really LOVE our chances of making a title run next year! Even if all go the defense will still be very good, with one or two back, they will be elite again.
