With Mett maturing as a QB in front of our eyes, will the Tigers have enough around him next season to make a championship run?

Absolutely. We're mere points away from having made a run this year. We should be stronger next year, especially with better experience in some key spots. Also, we can hope the injury bug doesn't bite us as hard next year.

Yes. LSU is excruciatingly close to being ranked #2 right now. Zach should be motivated to work hard and improve not only to be a winner, but to make himself very rich.

May be tough, though, with the potential losses of BigSam, Mingo, Logan, all the SRs, Loston and Dworz included in that group, MFord (ive heard grumblings he may go), etc. Certainly the offense will be more mature.

We have played 76 players this year, 15 being True Freshmen. 38 players have started at least 1 game this year. From the looks of things, the recruiting class will have a few players that can come in and get playing time. We have a few guys Red-Shirting this year, one because of injuries Travin Dural. Having see Dural play in high school, I said that he could contribute from day one. Hes the player that can stretch the field, can return kick-offs and punts, a true talent. Vadal Alexander getting thrown into the mix early, Faulk coming back for his Sr. season, the line is gonna be a good one with lots of depth. Trai Turner, having started the last 5 games. Porter started 1 game and played in 9 games at OC. Williford is one to keep an eye on, starting the first 6 games and now being held out. Austin, Edinburgh and Hawkins are three more that will come into the mix next year. The OL may have the most depth next year, since Les has been HC. Don't forget about the ones coming in, Pocic will be in for Spring and will get pushed from day one. The others Malone, Dodd and Boutte all look for a Red-Shirt.
