Les promised change and never delivered. He basically screwed around with a lot of fans and even the kids he recruited. His mindset single-handedly gave the Heisman to Henry and took it from Leonard. Shame. Seems like a good man, but left a lot to be desired as an actual football mind.
There's reason to watch that game based on the schedule(s) alone. LSU coming off of Bama, then Arkansas goes to depth when you begin looking at a couple of position groups--on the road--against Tennessee. UT, with Southern Miss and the quick trip to Mizzou, at home? There's one thing in favor ot the Vols straight off the bat. Or two depending on how you're counting.
